You Asked For It!
Our customers demanded more ‘drinking’ chocolate and since we are such chocolate lovers here at Coyote Rose, nobody had to twist our arms! From Chocoholics Divine Desserts, we have these in 9 oz. tins: Old Fashioned Marshmallow, Crème de Menthe, White Satin Vanilla, and Ultimate Dark.
‘Drinking Chocolates’ are made from real chocolate as opposed to “Hot Cocoa” which is made from cocoa powder (powdery remains of chocolate liquor after cocoa butter is removed). When you purchase a package of ‘drinking chocolate’, it will often be in the form of chocolate chunks or shavings. You must add hot milk, cream or water to the chocolate in order for it to melt and be whisked together. Because of the high cocoa butter content, ‘drinking chocolates” tend to be richer, often thicker and have a more ‘heavenly’ flavor than hot cocoa. Yum. Available in sets of two or four.
